Abstract

Secondary title: Recognition of motorically gifted children with motoric tests
Secondary abstract: In diploma thesis Recognition motorically gifted children with motorica tests, we tested children with motorical tests in march 2018. We were trying to find out if there are any differences in motorical talent based on gender difference and in which age group would the most gifted children be. In our research we included a group of children from ages 5 to 6 years, that are going to kindergarten in Rogaška Slatina, unit Izvir. We tested 54 children, from that 32 girls and 22 boys. We separated them into groups based on gender and age from 60 to 66 months, from 67 to 72 months and from 73 to 78 months of age. The main goals of the research are testing children using motorical tests, recognizing the motorically gifted children based on the results of the tests and comparing the results between gender and age of the children. We used quantative technique for collecting the data and we did 12 different motorical tests. The results were analized with the use of a descriptive and bivariate technique. The children motorical efficiency was taken info acount (again based on the 3 groups from 60 to 66 months, from 67 to 72 months and from 73 to 78 months of age). Based on the calculation of the t-test for independent samples, we found out that there is a statistically significant difference based on gender (p = 0,004> 0,05) and that the motorically most effective children are from ages 66 to 67 months old.
