Abstract

V magistrskem delu smo se ukvarjali s profesionalnim razvojem šolskih svetovalnih delavcev. Profesionalni razvoj šolskih svetovalnih delavcev je vseživljenjski proces in predstavlja posameznikovo izpopolnjevanje na osebnostnem, poklicnem in socialnem področju. Profesionalni razvoj zajema vse vrste učenja, in sicer od diplomskega in podiplomskega izobraževanja do oblik stalnega strokovnega izpopolnjevanja in neformalnih učnih priložnosti. Magistrsko delo je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. Empirično raziskavo smo izvedli na vzorcu 233 šolskih svetovalnih delavcev. Zanimalo nas je, kako pomembne za šolske svetovalne delavce so posamezne dejavnosti profesionalnega razvoja in kako pogosto jih izvajajo. Zanimive razlike smo dokazali med pomembnostjo in pogostostjo izvajanja posameznih dejavnosti profesionalnega razvoja. Šolski svetovalni delavci pomembnost večine dejavnosti ocenjujejo z višjo oceno kot njihovo pogostost izvajanja.

Secondary abstract: In this master thesis we have researched professional development of school counsellors. Professional development of school counsellors is a lifelong process and represents individual's growth in personal, professional and social life. Professional development consists of all sorts of learning, from bachelor and master studies to ongoing vocational training and education as well as to non-formal and informal learning opportunities. This master thesis consists of theoretical and empirical part. In the empirical research 233 school counsellors were surveyed. We were interested in how important single activities of professional development are to school counsellors and how often do they execute them. We have proven interesting differences between importance and frequency of executions of single professional development activities. School counsellors evaluate the importance of most activities with higher grade than the frequency of execution.
