Abstract
Izhodišča, namen: Shizofrenija je kronična bolezen, ki močno vpliva na kakovost življenja pacienta s shizofrenijo. Zelo je pomembno njihovo bivanje v domačem okolju. Medicinska sestra/zdravstveni tehnik sta ključna člena, ki pomagata pri zdravljenju in premagovanju bolezni. Kakovost življenja je odvisna od promocije shizofrenije. Namen diplomskega dela je bil ugotoviti, kakšne so ovire in težave, s katerimi se sooča pacient s shizofrenijo v svojem domačem okolju.
Raziskovalne metode: Uporabljena je bila kvalitativna metoda dela, saj smo za potrebe študije primera uporabili intervju. Ta je bil izveden s pacientko, obolelo za shizofrenijo, v njenem domačem okolju. Pacientka je bila izbrana namensko. Analiza vprašalnika je potekala med intervjuvanjem in se je zaključila, ko smo dokončno uredili pridobljene podatke. Med intervjujem smo preverjali verodostojnost odgovorov. Pri urejanju podatkov smo se opirali na značilnosti kvalitativne analize.
Rezultati: Spremembe v osnovnih življenjskih aktivnostih so tiste, ki pacientko najbolj prizadenejo in nanjo vplivajo. Njen govor in zaznavanje okolice je drugačno in to se je dotakne. Kljub vsemu ima pozitiven pristop, kar je najverjetneje glavni razlog za dobro obvladovano bolezen. Pacientka težko skrbi za nakup osnovnih življenjskih potrebščin in plačevanje položnic. Lastne družine si ni ustvarila, pomoč ji nudijo sovaščani.
Diskusija in zaključek: Shizofrenija spremeni človeka. Bolezen je kronična in težko obvladljiva. S pomočjo lahko pacient živi v domačem okolju in se sooča z vsakdanjimi aktivnostmi. Pomoč in opora sta pomembni za kakovost življenja pacienta s shizofrenijo, kar pripomore tudi k sprejetosti v družbi.

Theoretical baseline, purpose: Schizophrenia is a chronic disease that greatly affects the quality of life of a patient with schizophrenia. Their stay in the home environment is very important. The nurses/health technician are key members that help in the treatment and overcoming of the disease. The quality of life depends on the promotion of schizophrenia. The main purpose of work was to find out what are the obstacles and problems of patients with schizophrenia in home environment. Research methods: The survey became used a qualitative method of work, because we have used for the need of the case studies interwiew. This has been proved with patient suffering by schizophrenia in her home environment. The patient was chosen for the delibrate purpose. The evaluation of the questionaire is held during the interwiew and closed when we finally obtain all necessary information. During the interview of the patient we checked the credibility of the answers. In regulating the data, we relied on the characteristics of qualitative analysis. Results: Changes in basic life activities are those that affect the patient most. Her speech and perception of the environment is differant and this touches her. Nevertheless , it has a positive approach, which is most likely the main reason for well-cured disease. It is difficult for the patient to take care of purchasing supplies and paying bills. She didn't create her own family. Only co-villagers are offered assistance to her. Discussion and conclusion: Schizophrenia changes the person. The disease is chronic and difficult to control it. With a few help, the patient can live in the home environment and face to daily activities. Help and support are importatnt for more quality of life of a patient with schizophrenia, which also contributes to acceptance society. |
