Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava postopek varjenja polipropilenskih rezervoarjev v podjetju Rosenbauer, d. o. o. s Fanuc robotom LR Mate 200iD. Optimiziranje proizvodnje in s tem skrajšanje obdelovalnih časov varjenja rezervoarjev ter zmanjšanje stroškov izdelave rezervoarjev so bili ključni za izgradnjo robotske celice za potrebe varjenja rezervoarjev. Diplomsko delo obravnava postopek in parametre varjenja z robotom Fanuc LR Mate 200iD ter podaja opis robotske celice R2EX in njenih komponent. Z Izgradnjo robotske celice je zdaj varjenje polipropilenskih rezervoarjev z robotom hitrejše, kvaliteta varjenja je boljša, s tem pa smo se izognili naporu delavcev, ki so pred izgradnjo robotske celice varili rezervoarje ročno.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis deals with the process of welding polypropylene tanks at Rosenbauer Ltd. with the Fanuc LR Mate 200iD robot. Optimizing production and thereby reducing the processing time of welding tanks and reducing the cost of producing tanks, were crucial for building a robotic cell for the needs of welding tanks. The diploma thesis deals with the process and parameters of welding with the Fanuc LR Mate 200iD robot and gives a description of the R2EX robotic cell and its components. With the building of the robotic cell, the welding of polypropylene tanks with a robot is faster, the welding quality is better, thus avoiding the job strain of workers who had welded tanks manually before the robotic cell was built.
