Abstract

V diplomskem projektu smo opredelili družinsko podjetje, predstavili nasledstvo in konflikte v družinskih podjetjih ter proučili primer družinskega podjetja z anketnim vprašalnikom. V družinskih podjetjih se pogosto pojavijo konflikti, saj gre za kompleksen sistem družinskih članov. Proučili smo, kaj so družinska podjetja in kaj jih loči od nedružinskih, do kakšnih konfliktov prihaja v njih ter kako potekata načrtovanje in prenos nasledstev v teh podjetjih. Cilji diplomskega projekta so tako teoretični kot empirični. V teoretičnem delu smo opisali vse ključne značilnosti družinskih podjetij ter nasledstvo in konflikte. V empiričnem delu pa smo natančno proučili družinsko podjetje »Z«, kjer smo z anketnim vprašalnikom dobili odgovore na zastavljena vprašanja o konfliktih in nasledstvu. Dobljeni rezultati so bili pričakovani, saj je družinsko podjetje »Z« še v prvi generaciji, kjer je ustanovitelj tudi lastnik in ima dva sinova, ki sta oba zaposlena v družinskem podjetju. Pričakovali smo, da so konflikti v družinskem podjetju kar pogosti, kar smo na koncu tudi potrdili.

Secondary title: Succession and conflicts in the family business "Z"
Secondary abstract: In the diploma project, we describe what a family business is, present succession and conflict in family businesses, and finally analyze the family business with a questionnaire. In family businesses, there are often conflicts, because family is a complicated system. We studied what exactly family businesses are and what distinguishes them from non-family organizations, what kind of conflicts they are encountering in them, how the planning and transfer of inheritances in companies take place. Tasks are both theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part, we described the key features of family businesses and described succession and conflicts. In the empirical part, we carefully studied the family company »Z«, where we received answers on our questions about conflicts and succession by using a questionnaire. The results were expected, as the family company »Z« is in the first generation, where the founder is also the owner of the business and has two sons who are employed in the family company. We expected such conflicts to be very common in the family business, which was confirmed in the end.
