Abstract

Upravljanje s človeškimi viri v projektnih organizacijah v managementu predstavlja pojem, ki je ozko vezan na izbiranje in vodenje projektnega tima oz. skupine strokovnjakov iz določenih področij, z namenom čim uspešnejše izvedbe projekta. Ključni dejavnik v projektnih organizacijah so individualne in poslovne kompetence projektnega tima ter poznavanje načina upravljanja projektov, faze rasti in razvoja ter dejavnosti, potrebnih za izvedbo projekta. Cilj diplomskega seminarja je predstaviti projektno organizacijo na splošno, načine njenega poslovanja in strukturo, upravljanje s človeškimi viri v teku izvedbe projekta ter ugotoviti osnovne individualne in poslovne kompetence sodobnih organizacij.

Secondary abstract: Human resources management in project organizations of management is a term that is closely related to the collection and management of a project team, that is, a group of experts in specific areas, with the aim of achieving the project as successfully as possible. The key factor in project organizations are the individual and business competences of the project team, as well as knowledge of project management methods, growth and development phases, and activities required to realize the project. The aim of this diploma seminar is to present the project organization in general, its management and structure, followed by the management of human resources during the project execution and, finally, the basic individual and business competences of contemporary organizations.
