Abstract

Pri odločitvi za izobraževanje pomembno vlogo igra motivacija, saj povzroča in usmerja naša dejanja. V primeru, da je posameznik slabo motiviran, se bo posledično manj verjetno izobraževal. V nalogi smo želeli ugotoviti kakšna je stopnja motivacije za izobraževanja v športnem društvu Atemi. Za zbiranje podatkov smo uporabili anketo anonimnega tipa, ki je bila elektronsko posredovana članom društva Atemi. Poizvedeli smo, kaj je tisto, kar jih za izobraževanje motivira, in kateri so dejavniki, ki jih pri tem ovirajo. Ustrezno izpolnjenih je bilo 50 anket. Rezultati so pokazali, da je osebno zadovoljstvo tisti dejavnik, ki najbolj motivira člane za izobraževanje. V najmanjši meri pa posameznike motivirajo vpliv in ugled ter položaj v društvu. V največji meri jih za izobraževanje ovirajo situacijski dejavniki, kot npr. pomanjkanje časa in družinske obveznosti. Ugotovili smo tudi, da si člani želijo več praktičnih izobraževanj in seminarjev. Podatki bodo društvu Atemi morda lahko v pomoč za pridobitev novih članov in povečanje prepoznavnosti.

Secondary title: Motivation for education in sport association Atemi
Secondary abstract: Motivation plays one of the critical factors in decision making for education as it directs our actions. If an individual is not motivated, then he will probably less likely decide to study. In our research, we wanted to find out whether members of the sports society Atemi are motivated for education. We analyzed which were the factors that drive them and which ones were the one that obstructed them. We used an anonymous survey that was sent to the members of Atemi via computer. 50 members answered the questions. The results showed that personal satisfaction is the main factor that motivates members for education. On the other hand, power and reputation resulted in being factors that have the least influence on the members’ decision-making. The main obstacles for teachings were situational, such as lack of time or family obligations. We also found out that the members want more practical training and seminars. The data will perhaps be helpful to the sports club Atemi for gaining new members and increasing their recognition.
