Abstract
Raziskovalna metodologija in metode: Uporabili smo kvantitativno metodologijo raziskovanja. Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo dela. Rezultati so analizirani s pomočjo računalniškega programa Microsoft Excel in opisno obrazloženi.
Z znanjem o motnjah avtističnega spektra pripomoremo h kakovostnemu pristopu in komunikaciji v obravnavi otrok s katero koli od motenj avtističnega spektra.

Theoretical background: Asperger syndrome is pervasive developmental disorder, that have deviations in social interaction, communications and flexibility of thinking. Numbers of children with asperger syndrome is rising, a lot of them are still undiagnosed.
Research methods: We used quantitative research methodology. We used a descriptive method of work. The survey was conducted with a questionnaire completed by 30 respondents. The results are analyzed using a Microsoft Excel computer program and explained in a descriptive way.
Results: We found that respondents were not sufficiently aware of asperger's syndrome and its symptoms, and that they had difficulty accessing when treating a child with any of the autism spectrum disorders.
Discussion and conclusion: We find that the number of children with autism spectrum disorder is increasing. Respondents are of the opinion that they have a lack of knowledge in the field of autism spectrum disorders, despite different educational opportunities. Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders contributes to a quality approach and communication in dealing with children with any of the autism spectrum disorders. |
