Abstract

V okviru te magistrske naloge sem izvajala oksidativne pretvorbe 1,3-eninov z reagentom Selectfluor™, ki je komercialno dostopen reagent, s katerim lahko izvajamo različne pretvorbe, v odvisnosti od funkcionalnih skupin v substratu. 1,3-eninski substrati, ki sem jih uporabljala pri tej magistrski nalogi, vsebujejo dve konjugirani π-vezi, in sicer dvojno in trojno vez. Zanimal nas je vpliv strukture substratov na potek transformacij, saj na osnovi izkušenj lahko kot možne poteke pričakujemo fluorofunkcionalizacijo, oksidacijo ali še kakšno tretjo pretvorbo.

Secondary abstract: For this thesis, I oxidised 1,3-enynes with Selectfluor™, which is a commercially available reagent, with which we can perform many transformations, depending on the functional groups on substrate. 1,3-Enyne substrates, which I used in this thesis, contain two conjugated π-bonds, double and triple bond. We were interested in how structure of the substrates will influence transformations, because according to the previous experience we can expect fluorofunctionalisations, oxidation or some other transformation.
