Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja in opisuje projekt, ki je zahteval izdelavo varilske robotske celice. Delo vsebuje predstavitev podjetja Daihen Varstroj iz Lendave, ter njihove inovacije v industrializaciji. V ospredju diplomskega dela je robotsko varjenje, ki je tudi podrobneje predstavljeno v jedru diplome. Poleg varjenja so podrobneje opisane še vse potrebne komponente za izdelavo varilske robotske celice. Za lažje upravljanje in razumevanje sem s pomočjo programskega okolja FD-ST pripravil 3D vizualizacijo, ki prikazuje potek varjenja. Robot, ki je uporabljen v celici je produkt svetovne korporacije OTC Daihen, s katero je povezano tudi lendavsko podjetje. Cilj diplomskega dela je bil predstaviti in prikazati kaj vse zahteva izdelava enega projekta. To mi bo omogočilo globlji vpogled v konstruiranje in v izdelavo celice na splošno. Ob pisanju in preučevanju projekta bom poskusil raziskati še kakšno izboljšavo in jo bom na koncu tudi podal.

Secondary abstract:	The diploma thesis presents and describes a project that required the production of a welding robotic cell. The work includes a presentation of the company Daihen Varstroj from Lendava, and their innovations in industrialization. At forefront of the diploma work is robotic welding, which is also presented in more details in the core of the diploma. In addition to welding all the necessary components for the production of a welding robotic cell are described in more details. For easier management and understanding I prepared a 3D visualization using the FD-ST software environment, which show us the welding process. The robot used in the cell is a product of the global OTC Daihen corporation, with which the Lendava company is also connected. The aim of the diploma work was to present and show what the production of one project requires. This will give me a deeper insight into cell design and fabrication in general. While writing and studying the project, I will try to explore some other improvement and I will give it at the end.
