Abstract

Razvoj škropilnih sistemov v sodobnem kmetijstvu se vse bolj usmerja v uporabo senzorskih in mehatronskih sistemov za zmanjšanje količine nanosa fito-farmacevtskih sredstev. Diplomska naloga tako prikazuje snovanje in izdelavo škropilnega sistema namenjenega namestitvi na kmetijskega robota FarmBeast. Škropilni sistem omogoča nanos kemijskih pripravkov v dveh pozicijah in prilagajanje oddaljenosti škropilnih šob od objekta škropljenja. S tem dosežemo veliko stopnjo prilagodljivosti. Vse potrebne informacije o poziciji objekta škropljenja pridobimo iz merilnih sistemov nameščenih na robotu. Robot s škropilnim sistemom komunicira preko robotskega operacijskega sistema. V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni tudi preračuni elementov, ki so potrebni za ustrezno izvedbo celotnega sistema.

Secondary abstract: Research and development of sprayer systems in modern agriculture are increasingly focusing on sensors and mechatronic systems to reduce the amount of applicated phytopharmaceuticals. The diploma thesis presents the design and manufacture of a spraying system suitable for installation on the FarmBeast agricultural robot. The spraying system enables the application of chemical preparations in two positions and adjustment of the distance from the spraying nozzles to the spraying object. Used solutions result in a high degree of flexibility. Furthermore, all the necessary information regarding the position of the spraying object is obtained from the measuring systems installed on the robot. The robot communicates with the spraying system via a robotic operating system. The diploma thesis also presents the calculations of most critical elements necessary for the proper implementation of the design.
