Abstract
Diplomsko delo Mnenja študentov predšolske vzgoje o kompetencah za komunikacijo s starši predšolskih otrok je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni študijski program Predšolske vzgoje, pomen prakse kot izkustveno učenje in vloga mentorja. V nadaljevanju so opredeljene in predstavljene teorije kompetenc in kompetence po ravneh: splošne, ključne in specifične kompetence ter kompetence študentov. Sledi opredelitev širokega pojma komunikacije kot izmenjave informacij med dvema ali več sogovorniki in delitev le-tega na dva podsistema, verbalno in neverbalno komunikacijo. Na koncu je predstavljena komunikacija pri sodelovanju s starši. V empiričnem delu smo z anketnim vprašalnikom raziskali, ali se študenti vseh treh Pedagoških fakultet v Sloveniji čutijo dovolj kompetentne na področju komunikacije, kako ocenjujejo svoje komunikacijske spretnosti in ali se čutijo dovolj kompetentne za komunikacijo s starši predšolskih otrok. Na vzorcu 69 študentov je bila izvedena raziskava, podatki so bili obdelani in interpretirani s pomočjo statističnega programa SPSS.

The diploma paper The opinions of preschool education students about the competence of communicating with parents of preschool children consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part introduces the study programme of Preschool education, the importance of praxis as experiential learning and mentor's role. Next, the competence theories and levels of competences are listed and determined: basic, key and specific competences as well as the students' competences. It is followed by the definition of the term communication as an exchange between two or more individuals and the division into two subsystems; verbal and nonverbal communication. Last, the communication when cooperating with parents is introduced. The empirical part is based on a questionnaire, which was carried out in all three Faculties of Pedagogy in Slovenia, about whether the students feel competent enough in the area of communication, how good their communication skills are and whether they feel competent enough to communicate with the parents of preschool children. The research was carried out on a sample of 69 students, the data were analysed and interpreted with the help of the statistical programme SPSS. |
