Abstract

Čas, ki ga namenimo uvajanju, je dragocena izkušnja tako za otroka kot za starše in strokovne delavce. V tem času otroci postopoma navežejo nove stike in pridobivajo zaupanje vzgojiteljev ter pomočnikov, starši pa imajo čas spoznati življenje vrtca in vzpostaviti zaupanja vreden odnos s strokovnimi delavci. Prehod iz domačega okolja v novo vrtčevsko okolje je zahtevna naloga za otroka, s skupnim sodelovanjem staršev in strokovnih delavcev pa lahko ta prehod naredimo veliko lažji ter mirnejši.

Secondary abstract: Time that we spend for orientation procedure is a valuable experience for the child, his parents and educators. In this time children gradually make new contacts and earn trust of the educators and their helpers. During this time parents get familiar with the whole system of child care and make trust worthy relationship with the educators. Transition from the home environment to the new child care environment is not an easy task for the child, but we can make it easier with cooperation of parents and child care educators.
