Abstract

Magistrsko delo pojasnjuje vpliv organizacijske kulture na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Organizacijska kultura s svojimi vrednotami in normami oblikuje notranji kontekst organizacije in tako vpliva na različne elemente, vključno z zadovoljstvom zaposlenih. Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih se nanaša na dojemanje zaposlenih o njihovem delovnem okolju, odnosih s sodelavci, plači in možnostih napredovanja. Magistrsko delo je vsebinsko sestavljeno iz petih delov. V prvem poglavju smo opisali namen, cilje, hipoteze, metode in omejitve. V drugem poglavju smo opredelili pojem organizacijske strukture, predstavili tipe organizacijske kulture in se osredotočili na tipologijo Cameron & Quinn, ki smo jo v nadaljevanju tudi uporabili v raziskavi. Predstavili smo vlogo organizacijske kulture, merjenje organizacijske kulture, značilnosti, spreminjanje organizacijske kulture in njeno povezavo z zadovoljstvom z delovnim mestom. V tretjem poglavju smo opredelili zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, dejavnike zadovoljstva, pomembnost zadovoljstva zaposlenih in zadovoljstvo z delovnimi mesti v povezavi z organizacijsko kulturo. Četro poglavje smo namenili organizacijski kulturi in zadovoljstvu zaposlenih v proučevanem podjetju, njegovo vizijo in poslanstvo ter organizacijsko strukturo. V petem poglavju smo predstavili rezultate raziskave organizacijske kulture in zadovoljstva zaposlenih v proučevanem podjetju in podali ključne ugotovitve.

Secondary title: Organizational culture in the company and its impact on employee satisfaction
Secondary abstract: The master's thesis explains the impact of organizational culture on employee satisfaction. Organizational culture with its values and norms shapes the internal context of the organization and thus influences various elements, including employee satisfaction. Employee satisfaction refers to employees' perceptions of their work environment, relationships with employees, salary and opportunities for promotion. The content of the master's thesis consists of five parts. In the first chapter, we described the purpose, goals, hypotheses, methods, and limitations. In the second chapter, we defined the concept of organizational structure, presented the types of organizational culture and focused on the Cameron & Quinn typology, which we also used in the research. We presented the role of organizational culture, measuring organizational culture, characteristics, changing organizational culture and its connection with job satisfaction. In the third chapter, we defined employee satisfaction, satisfaction factors, the importance of employee satisfaction and job satisfaction in connection with organizational culture. The fourth chapter was dedicated to the organizational culture and employee satisfaction in the studied company, its vision and mission, and organizational structure. In the fifth chapter, we presented the results of a survey of organizational culture and employee satisfaction in the studied company and presented key findings.
