Povzetek
Organizacijska kultura skupaj s vizijo in poslanstvom, pomembno vpliva na oblikovanje uspešne strategije organizacije. Zaposlene povezuje med seboj, jih spodbuja k boljšemu delu ter jih motivira. Posledica je poslovna uspešnost, ki je cilj vsakega podjetja. Organizacijska kultura vsebinsko predstavlja vrednote in norme podjetja, v sklopu tega pa tudi določa način ravnanja z zaposlenimi.
Ravnanje z ljudmi pri delu je vse pomembnejši dejavnik za uspešnost organizacije. Poleg znanja zaposlenih je pomembno tudi njihovo počutje na delovnem mestu, saj lahko le zadovoljni zaposleni dobro in učinkovito delajo.
Podjetje se mora zavedati, da ima kultura pomemben vpliv na motivacijo in s tem posledično zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, zato mora svojo kulturo spremljati in jo ustrezno oblikovati.
Magistrsko delo je sestavljeno iz štirih delov. V prvem smo opisali namen, cilje magistrskega dela, metode, tezi in omejitve. V drugem delu smo najprej navedli različne definicije organizacijske kulture, njene sestavine in različne tipologije kulture, najbolj pa smo se osredotočili na tipologijo Cameron in Quinn-a, ki smo jo kasneje tudi uporabili v raziskavi. V tretjem delu smo najprej navedli definicije zadovoljstva zaposlenih, nato smo opisali dejavnike, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo ter predstavili še posledice zadovoljstva in nezadovoljstva zaposlenih. V zadnjem delu pa smo predstavili izsledke raziskave organizacijske kulture in zadovoljstva zaposlenih v izbranem podjetju, tako da smo najprej opisali izbrano organizacijo, nato pa smo na podlagi analize podatkov podali ugotovitve.

Organizational culture is in addition to the vision and mission, one of the most important elements to create a successful strategy of the organization. Employees with each other, encouraging them to work better and motivate them. The result is a business success, which is the goal of every business. Organizational culture represents the values and norms of the company, in that it also provides way of handling employees.
Human resource management at work is becoming an increasingly important factor for the success of the organization addition to the knowledge of employees is also important to their well-being in the workplace, because only satisfied employees work well and effectively.
Company should be aware that culture has a significant impact on motivation and, consequently, employee satisfaction, so must be accompanied by their culture and properly format.
The master thesis is composed of four parts. In the first, we describe the goals, objectives master's thesis, methods, theses and limitations. In the second part we first stated different definitions of organizational culture, its components and the different typologies of culture, most were focused on the typology of Cameron and Quinn-a, which was later used in the study. In the third section, we first stated the definition of employee satisfaction, and then we describe the factors that influence satisfaction and to present the implications that satisfaction and dissatisfaction of employees. In the last section, we present the results of a study of organizational culture and employee satisfaction in the selected company, so we first describe the selected organization, then we are on the basis of the analysis of the data presented conclusions. |
