Abstract

V razmerah sodobne globalizacije je internacionalizacija podjetij nuja. Podjetja, ki aktivno vstopajo v mednarodno poslovanje, morajo podrobno analizirati tuje deželno in panožno okolje. PESTLE analiza, kot strateško orodje za sistematično analizo značilnosti dimenzij deželnega okolja, je najbolj uveljavljen model za proučevanje deželnega okolja. V diplomskem delu smo analizirali poslovno okolje v nemški in nizozemski panogi kmetijstva, ki ima za razvoj obeh gospodarstev velik pomen. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili pojem in pomen analize poslovnega okolja tujega trga v mednarodnem trženju. V empiričnem delu smo, prvič, analizirali deželno okolje obeh trgov s pomočjo modela PESTLE in drugič, primerjalno analizirali poslovno okolje v panogi kmetijstva obeh držav. Primerjali smo raven razvitosti nemškega in nizozemskega kmetijskega sektorja in analizirali poslovne priložnosti slovenskih mednarodnih tržnikov v nemški in nizozemski panogi kmetijstva. Ugotovili smo, da je nemško poslovno okolje v kmetijskem sektorju bolj privlačno za slovenske mednarodne tržnike kot nizozemsko, in da je nemški kmetijski sektor bolj razvit kot nizozemski.

Secondary abstract: In the circumstances of contemporary globalization, the internationalization of companies is an urge. Companies, actively entering international business, must thoroughly analyze foreign country's and industry's environment. PESTLE analysis, as a strategic tool for systematic analysis of country's environment dimensions, is the most established model for studying country's environment. In the diploma thesis, we analyzed the business environment in German and Dutch agricultural sector that has a great importance for the development of both economies. In the theoretical part, we defined the concept and the importance of a foreign market's business environment analysis in international marketing. In the empirical part, firstly, we analyzed the country's environment of both markets by means of PESTLE model and secondly, we comparatively analyzed the industry's environment in agriculture of both countries. We compared the level of development of the agricultural sector in both countries and analyse the business opportunities for Slovenian international marketing managers in German and Dutch agricultural industry. We found out that the German business environment in agricultural sector is more attractive for Slovenian international marketing that the Dutch one, and that the German agricultural sector is more developed than the Dutch one.
