Secondary abstract: | The paper discusses non-borrowed kinship terminology in (Standard and Dialectal) Slovene from the point of view of historical lexicology. The changes in the lexicon in this semantic field are shown on the timeline from Proto-Slavic to Slovene taking into account the Slavic comparative material. The following phenomena are illustrated: lexical change (i.e. emergence and loss of a lexeme), zero change of a lexeme, morphological change and semantic change. |
