Abstract

Spodbujanje zaposlenih je pomembno ne glede na to, ali gre za tipično ali atipično obliko dela. Velja za ključni dejavnik, ki zaposlene usmerja k doseganju zastavljenih ciljev in izpolnjevanju njihovih pričakovanj. Omenjeni vidik je izredno pomemben pri delu od doma, saj je tovrstna oblika dela prinesla veliko izzivov tako za vodje kot za sodelavce ter osebe, zaposlene v sektorju za človeške vire. Pandemija Covid-19 je izzvala prakso dela od doma in spremenila način dela v organizacijah. Pri načrtovanju dela je pomembno zavedanje, da ima delo od doma tako pozitivne kot negativne učinke. Ključen je vodja, ki ima pomembno vlogo pri ohranjanju pozitivne naravnanosti zaposlenih. Empirični del je osredotočen na pandemijo Covid-19 in na vprašanje, kako je ta vplivala na spremembo načina dela. S kvalitativnim pristopom je predstavljeno, kako delodajalci v času pandemije Covid-19 spodbujajo zaposlene pri delu od doma in kako se spopadajo s kadrovskimi izzivi v času pandemije Covid-19.

Secondary title: Encouraging employees at work from home
Secondary abstract: Encouraging employees is important, whether it is a typical or atypical form of work. It is considered to be a key factor that orients employees towards achieving the set goals and meeting their expectations. This aspect is extremely important when working from home, as this form of work has brought many challenges for managers, employees and professionals in the human resources sector. Covid-19 pandemic has challenged the practice of working from home and changing the way organizations work. When planning work it is imporant to be aware that working from home has both positive and negative effects. The key is the manager, who plays an imporant role in maintaining a positive attitude of employees. The empirical part focuses on the Covid-19 pandemic and how it affected way of work. A qualitative aprroach presents how employers during the Covid-19 pandemic encourage employees to work from home and how they address HR challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic.
