Abstract
Diplomsko delo vsebuje raziskavo zaposlenih na Zavodu RS za transfuzijsko medicino glede zadovoljstva z izobraževanjem in njihove motivacije za udeležbo. Zanimalo nas je, v kolikšni meri so zaposleni zadovoljni z izobraževanjem in motiviranjem. Izvedeli smo tudi, kateri dejavnik zaposlene najbolj preprečuje pri udeležbi na izobraževanjih.
V teoretičnem delu bomo predstavili pomen in osnovne pojme izobraževanja ter motivacije. V nadaljevanju bomo opisali motivacijske dejavnike, ki vplivajo na udeležbo izobraževanj in načine motiviranja.
V drugem delu smo s pomočjo raziskave ugotovili, da je večji del zaposlenih zadovoljnih z organizacijo in izvedbo izobraževanj. Spodbudna je bila ugotovitev, da zaposlene k udeležbi izobraževanj najbolj motivira pridobivanje novih znanj. Manj spodbudna je, da zaposlenim preprečujejo udeležbo finančna sredstva, ki jih je vsako leto manj.
Na temelju analize lahko sklepamo, da so izobraževanja organizirana ustrezno. Tudi motiviranje zaposlenih je zelo uspešno, saj so dejavnik motiviranja višje plačilo umestili na zadnje mesto.

Secondary abstract: |
This diploma thesis contains a survey of employees at the Institute of Transfusion Medicine of the Republic of Slovenia regarding satisfaction with education and their motivation for participation. We were interested in the extent to which employees are satisfied with education and motivation. We also found out which factors are most likely to prevent employees from attending training sessions.
In the theoretical part, we present the meaning and basic concepts of education and motivation. Following this, we describe the motivating factors that influence participation in training sessions and methods of motivation.
In the second part, with the help of a survey, we demonstrate that most employees are satisfied with the organization and implementation of training. It was encouraging to find that the acquisition of new skills is the most motivating aspect for employee participation. Less encouraging, however, is that decreasing financial resources prevent more employees from participating each year.
Based on the analysis, we can conclude that the training sessions are organized properly. Furthermore, motivating employees is very successful, as they have placed the motivating factor of higher pay in last place. |
