Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava motiviranost zaposlenih za izobraževanje v Biotehniškem centru Naklo. Namen diplomske naloge je bil ugotoviti kakšen način motiviranja uporabljajo nadrejeni, ter kateri način je najbolj učinkovit. Diplomska naloga zajema teoretično opredelitev motivacije in izobraževanja, predstavitev podjetja, raziskavo ter diskusijo. Pri teoretičnem delu sta bili uporabljeni metodi deskripcije in kompilacije. Za ugotavljanje obstoječih stanj pa smo uporabili metodo anketiranja. Ugotovili smo, da večino zaposlenih motivira pridobivanje novih znanj, ter da preobremenjenost najbolj ovira zaposlene za izobraževanje.

Secondary title: Motivation for education in biotehnical center naklo
Secondary abstract: This thesis aims to answer a reasearch question regarding employee motivation, thus teachers and education staff of Biotechnical Center Naklo were survayed. The purpose of the thesis was to determine which methods of motivation are used by superiors, and which method has proved most effective. The thesis includes a theoretical definition of motivation and education, a presentation of the company, a research and a discussion. In the theoretical part, methods of description and compilation were used. To determine the current situation, we used the survey method. We found out that most employees are motivated by the acquisition of new knowledge and that the biggest obstacle which is preventing employees to gain additional knowledge, is overload.
