Abstract
V magistrskem delu smo preučevali vlogo mediacije pri reševanju medvrstniškega nasilja osnovnošolcev v razredu. V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela smo se osredotočili na opredelitev osnovnih terminov, kot sta medvrstniško nasilje in mediacija. Predstavili smo oblike medvrstniškega nasilja, kakšne so posledice medvrstniškega nasilja, značilnosti povzročitelja in žrtve, kako na medvrstniško nasilje vplivata razredna klima in socialni odnosi v razredu ter vlogo učitelja pri tem. Predstavili smo mediacijo kot obliko reševanja medvrstniškega nasilja v razredu, vlogo mediatorja (učitelj, socialni delavec, učenci) ter kdaj je potrebna vključitev staršev in drugih strokovnih zunanjih institucij. V empiričnem delu smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika preverili prisotnost medvrstniškega nasilja med učenci in kje se najpogosteje o njem pogovarjajo. Zanimalo nas je, za katere oblike učenci menijo, da je postopek mediacije primeren in kdo se jim zdi najbolj ustrezna oseba za izvedbo postopka mediacije. Ugotovili smo, da je medvrstniško nasilje v šolah prisotno in da se o njem najpogosteje pogovarjajo na razrednih urah. Na podlagi rezultatov smo ugotovili, da se oblike medvrstniškega nasilja razlikujejo glede na razred (starost) učencev, da je učitelj tista oseba, ki se jim zdi najbolj primerna za izvedbo postopka mediacije in da je mediacija najbolj primerna v primeru otipavanja, kraje osebnih stvari in razrednih nesoglasij.

In the master's thesis, we studied the use of the mediation in solving peer violence of primary school students in the classroom. In the theoretical part of the master's thesis, we focused on the definition of basic terms such as peer violence and mediation. We presented the forms of peer violence, what are the consequences of peer violence, the characteristics of the perpetrators and victims, how peer violence is influenced by the class climate and social relations in the classroom and the role of the teacher in this. We presented mediation as a form of resolving peer violence in the classroom, the role of a mediator (teacher, social worker, students) and when the involvement of parents and other professional external institutions is needed. In the empirical part, we used a questionnaire to check the presence of peer violence among students and where it is most often discussed. We were interested in which forms the students consider the mediation process to be appropriate and who they think is the most appropriate person to carry out the mediation process. We found that peer violence is present in schools and that it is most often discussed in the classroom. Based on the results, we found that forms of peer violence differ according to the class (age) of students, that the teacher is the person they think is most suitable for the mediation process and that mediation is most appropriate in case of groping, theft of personal belongings and in class disagreements. |
