Abstract

Ključ do uspeha vsake organizacije so njeni zaposleni.

Secondary title: The impact of performance and innovativeness reward on business performance
Secondary abstract: Successful organizations are forward-looking and provide their employees with a development-oriented work environment. By investing in research and development, organizations maintain a competitive edge and increase their product's added value. Employees are the key to the success of any organization. An effective system of rewarding employee performance and innovativeness leads to good business results, increased motivation, higher productivity, and, last but not least, year-end profitability. Only companies that invest in research and development and reward their employees for innovativeness can sustain long-term competitive advantage, economic growth, and business performance. Similarly, only companies that reward their employees' performance with a salary model linked to their productivity can keep them happy and motivated to help bring the company's vision to life.
