Povzetek
Pomen kadrov za izvedbo storitev in projektov v podjetju BTC d. d., PE logistični center, je pomembna tema, v okviru katere smo obravnavali pomen dobro usposobljenega in konkurenčnega kadra. Hkrati je to pereč problem, saj je na današnjem, izredno konkurenčnem trgu težko zagotoviti uspešen kader ter dobre vodje, ki ga bodo usmerjali in motivirali.
Z metodo intervjuja smo s pomočjo štirih vodij na svojih področjih raziskovali, kako tako veliko podjetje, kot je BTC d. d., zagotavlja primeren kader, kako ga motivirajo in izobražujejo za potrebe na trgu ter kako jim ta pomaga pri dosegi ciljev podjetja. Ugotovili smo, da lahko zaposleni opravljajo svoje naloge po najboljših zmožnostih, če vodje izkoristijo svoje vodstvene sposobnosti in svoje zaposlene pravilno usmerjajo, motivirajo in učijo. Le tako lahko ti doprinesejo k razvoju podjetja in k doseganju ciljev in vizije.
Kader je treba ceniti in neprestano izobraževati, da ta ostane konkurenčen in primeren za opravljanje storitev in projektov.

The importance of personnel for the implementation of services and projects in BTC d. d., PE logistics center, is an important topic covering the importance of well-trained and competitive personnel. At the same time, this is a topical issue, because in today's extremely competitive markets it is difficult to secure successful staff and good managers who will direct and motivate them.
Through the interview method, with the help of four managers in their respective fields, we researched how a company as large as BTC d.d. ensures suitable personnel, how they motivate them, how they educate them about market needs and how the personnel helps reach the company's goals. We found that if managers use their management skills in the right direction and properly direct, motivate and teach their employees, they can perform their tasks to the best of their abilities. This is the only way for them to contribute to the development of the company and to the attainment of its goals and vision.
The staff need to be valued and continuously educated so that they remain competitive and suitable to provide services and complete projects. |
