Abstract

Prispevek predstavlja Svetlano Makarovič, eno najplodovitejših slovenskih šansonjerk. Njeni štirje albumi šansonov Nočni šanson (1984), Dajdamski portreti (1985), Večerni šansoni (1990) in Namesto rož (1999) prikazujejo zanimiv spoj glasbe in poezije. V prvem delu prispevka opredelim šanson kot spoj glasbe in poezije, v drugem delu pa šansone, ki jih lahko v grobem razdelimo na družbenokritične in baladne, podrobneje predstavim.

Secondary abstract: The article presents the work of Svetlana Makarovič in the field of the Slovene chanson. She is one of the most prolific Slovene chansonnières, with four released albums of chansons. Her albums Nočni šanson (Night Chanson, 1984), Dajdamski portreti (Giveandtake Portraits, 1985), Večerni šansoni (Evening Chansons, 1990) and Namesto rož (Instead of Flowers, 1999) show an interesting blend of music and poetry. In the first part of the article, I define the chanson as a combination of music and poetry, and in the second part, I present chansons, which can be roughly divided into socially critical and ballads.
