(magistrsko delo)
Abstract
Predstavljen je vpliv izobrazbe, zaposlitve in dohodka staršev v povezavi z uživanjem sadja in zelenjave pri 11-letnikih v pomurski regiji.
Metodologija raziskovanja. Uporabljena je kvantitativna metoda dela. Raziskovalni inštrumenti so anketni vprašalniki za vodstva šol, starše in otroke. Vprašalniki vsebujejo kombinirane tipe vprašanj za vodstvo šol in za otroke. Vključujejo metodo jedilnika prejšnjega dne ter metodo pogostosti uživanja posameznih živil.
Rezultati.

THE IMPACT OF SOCIO- ECONOMIC DETERMINANTS OF HEALTH ON CONSUMPTION OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES ON PUPILS IN REGION |
Secondary abstract: |
Influence of socially economic determinants of health is introduced per use of fruits and vegetables in a master's thesis at pupils in Pomurje region. Influence of education, occupation and income of parents is introduced concerning use of fruit and vegetables at 11- years in Pomurje region.
Methodology of research. Quantitative manner of work is used. Research instrument is questionnaire for scool management, parents and children. Questionnaire contains combined types of questions and they comprise manner of menu of the last day and manner of incidence of use of individual foodstuffs for children.
Results. The analysis of surveys indicated, that pupils within average ingested 3 fruits (of unit) daily, which means , that with this satisfy to nutritional provisions about amount of ingested fruits (references of fruit is 160 g on day). It turns out in case of vegetables, that children eat in average 2 portions (to unit) of vegetables daily (240 g). Considering references they must eat at least 4, therefore we can say that uses of vegetables aren't meeting nutritional provisions, about eating vegetables. We can deduce from results, that children of parents, that have at least higher rate of education eat a bit more fruits and of vegetables (on average 478,6 g on day), in comparison to children, who have more lowly educated parents (on average 418,6 g on day). It turns out, that children of parents who are an unemployed person's eat a bit even more fruits and of vegetables (on average 458 g on day) in comparison to children, have busy parents (on average 435 g on day). Children of parents, who are a self- employed person, collaborators, co-owners and owners of companies by profession and knowledge workers eat up in average less of fruits, vegetables and soup (399 g on day) as children of parents, that are skilled/ unskilled workers and housewives (445 g on day).
Conclusions. Results are important for increased use of fruit as new realizations and foundation for medically educational work in sense of using more fruits and vegetables at protective work with students. |
