Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena izdelava industrijske robotske celice za paletiziranje, ki zagotavlja predpisane standarde s strani robotizacije in avtomatizacije. Prav tako so predstavljeni tehnološki postopki s strani podjetja Vina Kras, ki smo jih morali zagotoviti in po njih zasnovali robotsko celico. Naloga v celoti zajema postopke, potrebne za izdelavo celice; od načrtovanja, montaže do ožičenja in programiranja. V končni fazi so predstavljeni rezultati, ki nakazujejo na ustreznost izvajanja robotske celice z vidika varnosti in funkcionalnosti.

Secondary title: Production of the industrial robotic cell for the palletizing
Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the production of industrial robotic cells for palletizing, which ensures the prescribed standards from the side of robotization and automation. The technical and technological procedures from the Vina Kras company are also presented, which we had to provide and based on which we designed the robotic cell. The task fully covers the procedures required to complete the cell from design to wiring and programming. In the final phase, the results are presented, which show the adequacy of the implementation of the robotic cell from the point of view of safety and functionality.
