Abstract

V tem magistrskem delu je prikazan proces razvoja in izdelave robotske roke s petimi prostostnimi stopnjami premikanja. Roka je izdelana s pomočjo dodajalnih tehnologij. V uvodnem delu se spoznamo z delovanjem robota. Sledi modeliranje računalniškega modela nosilne strukture in postopek izdelave delov. Opisan je izbor pogonskih servomotorjev, ki jih upravlja Arduino mikrokontroler. Končni produkt je delujoča robotska roka, ki jo lahko upravljamo z aplikacijo na pametnem telefonu ali s pomočjo namenske programske opreme.

Secondary title: Design and Fabrication of a 5-DOF Robotic Arm
Secondary abstract: The paper presents the process of designing and creating a functional robotic arm with 5 degrees of freedom using a 3D printer. After the introductory, in which we introduce ourselves with the historical development of robots, the process of creating a 3D model of the robot’s mechanical structure is presented as well as the physical creation of parts using a 3D printer. Servomotors are selected for the drive part which are controlled by Arduino microcontroller. The final result of the process is a functional robotic arm that can be controlled in two ways – using an application on a smartphone or a pre-written code.
