Abstract
Skok v višino je kompleksna in tehnično zahtevna atletska disciplina, pri kateri mora skakalec v zaletu pridobiti horizontalno hitrost, jo na odrivu pretvoriti v vertikalno hitrost in z optimalno tehniko premagati čim višjo letvico. Poglavitne lastnosti, ki opredeljujejo uspešnega skakalca oziroma skakalko v višino, so visok delež hitrih mišičnih vlaken, smisel za ritem in vertikalni odriv ter sposobnost premagovati visoke ekscentrične obremenitve. Skakalec mora biti eksploziven, motorično inteligenten, učljiv in imeti mora odlično prostorsko predstavo ter sposobnost nadzorovanja in korekcije položaja v zraku. Diplomsko delo obravnava pliometrični trening, ki predstavlja enega najpomembnejših elementov treninga skakalcev v višino. Gre za več desetletij znano trenažno metodo, ki jo uvrščamo v vadbo eksplozivne moči. Najbolj znano sredstvo tega treninga so različne vrste poskokov in se uporablja tudi pri treningu trupa in rok. V diplomskem delu so obdelane biološke podlage pliometričnega treninga in teoretične osnove treninga moči. Predstavljen je skok v višino in zahteve športne discipline ter razložen trening moči in pliometrični trening kot del trenažnega programa skakalcev. Opisana so priporočila uporabe pliometričnega treninga in v zaključnem delu tudi osnovne vaje, ki se lahko uporabljajo v trenažnem programu skakalcev in so glede na njihovo zahtevnost razdeljene v tri sklope.

The high jump is a complex and technically demanding athletic discipline, in which the jumper must acquire horizontal speed during the approach, convert it into vertical speed during the take-off and overcome the highest possible bar using optimal technique. The main characteristics that define a successful high jumper are a high proportion of fast-twich muscle fibers, a sense of rhythm and vertical push, and the ability to overcome high eccentric loads. A jumper must be explosive, motorically intelligent, teachable and must have excellent spatial awareness and the ability to control and correct his/her position in the air. The diploma thesis deals with plyometric training, which is one of the most important elements of high jump training. It is a training method known for several decades, which is classified as explosive strength training. The best-known means of this training are various types of jumps, but it is also used in trunk and arm training. The thesis deals with the biological basis of plyometric training and the theoretical basis of strength training. It presents the high jump and the requirements of the sports discipline and explains the strength and the plyometric training as part of the training program of jumpers. The basic recommendations of using plyometric training are presented and in the final part there are also basic exercises that can be used in the training program of jumpers and are divided into three sections according to their difficulty. |
