Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava proces optimizacije okončine robotskega pajka. Imenovani proces se je pričel z izbiro pogonskih enot, čemur je sledilo pridobivanje obremenitev, ki jih bo okončina doživljala. To je zajemalo konstruiranje modela, ki je bil uvožen v namenski simulator. V njem so bile določene obremenitve na posamezne sklepe okončine. V programskem paketu Solidworks so bile konstruirane začetne oblike delov okončine, ki so bile uvožene v programski paket Creo, kjer so bile na model nanešene še obremenitve in podpore ter materialni podatki, pri čemer je bil model zamrežen. Izvožene datoteke FMF so bile uvožene v programski paket ProTOp, v katerem je bila izvedena topološka optimizacija.

Secondary title: Topological optimization of robotic spider limb assembly
Secondary abstract: The master thesis deals with the process of topological optimization of a robotic spiders’ limb. The optimization process itself began with the selection of suitable drive units. This was followed by obtaining the loads acting upon the limb during operation. This involved constructing a mode, which has subsequently been imported into a dedicated simulator. Loads on the individual joints were determined in this simulator. The initial shapes of the limb parts before optimization were constructed in Solidworks, which were then imported into Creo software. There, loads and supports, along with material properties were applied to the models, which were then meshed. The exported FMF files, were imported into ProTOp software, where the topological optimization was performed.
