magistrsko delo
Abstract
Otrok in starši imajo posebno čustveno vez, ki jo odkrijejo, ko njihov otrok prvič samostojno zakoraka v vrtec. V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela obravnavam proces postopnega uvajanja in njegovo pomembnost, sodelovanje strokovnih delavcev s starši in vrste ter modele
sodelovanja s starši, vlogo očeta in mame ter strokovnih delavcev in vključenost obeh staršev v uvajanje. V magistrskem delu opredeljujem vzgojne stile, pomen navezanosti in moč avtoritete le-teh.
To potrjujem z izvedenimi intervjuji s strokovnimi delavci in s
starši, ki bodo otroka postopno uvajali. Na podlagi pridobljenih odgovorov sooblikujem Protokol uvajanja novo sprejetih otrok v Vrtcih Brezovica, kjer sem zaposlena. Protokol uvajanja nastaja v sodelovanju z vsemi strokovnimi delavci vrtca v šolskem letu 2021/22.

Gradual Introduction of Children to Kindergarten and Involvement of Fathers in the Introduction Process |
Secondary abstract: |
The child and the parents have a special emotional bond, which they discover when their child steps independently into kindergarten for the first time. In the theoretical part of the master's thesis, I discuss the process of gradual introduction and its importance, the cooperation of
professionals with parents and the types and models of cooperation with parents, the role of fathers and mothers and professionals and the involvement of both parents in the introduction.
In my master's thesis, I define educational styles, the importance of attachment and the power of their authority. In the empirical part, with the help of two check sheets, where I define the behavior of children and parents during the introduction and the work of professional workers,
I determine the differences between professional workers in the gradual introduction of children, the views of parents about the introduction process and the differences between the introduction of fathers and mothers. I am researching what parents expect from their children, professionals and from the kindergarten as an institution during the gradual introduction, and conversely the expectations of educators towards parents and children. I confirm this through
interviews with professionals and with parents who will gradually introduce the child. Based on the answers obtained, I am co-creating the Protocol for the introduction of newly admitted children in the Brezovica Kindergartens, where I am employed. The protocol for the introduction of formation in cooperation with all kindergarten professionals in the 2021/22 school year.
