Abstract
V diplomskem delu z naslovom Ozaveščanje učencev o zdravem življenjskem slogu v kontekstu predmetov spoznavanje okolja ter naravoslovje in tehnika je teoretični del razdeljen na štiri sklope: psihološkega, fizično-gibalnega, sociološkega in pedagoško-didaktičnega. V psihološkem sklopu so opisana področja, vezana na družino in vrednote. V fizično-gibalnem sklopu so predstavljene tematike, vezane na prehrano in gibanje otrok v obdobju od 6 do 12 let. V sociološkem sklopu sem razglabljala o značilnostih medijev in njihovih vplivih na otroke ter o pomembnosti koristnega porabljanja prostega časa. V pedagoško-didaktičnem sklopu sem naredila krajšo analizo predmetov spoznavanje okolja v tretjem razredu ter naravoslovje in tehnika v četrtem ter petem razredu. Zanimale so me tematike oziroma cilji, povezani z zdravim življenjskim slogom. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela sem ugotavljala, kakšno znanje imajo učenci tretjih, četrtih in petih razredov o tematikah zdravega življenjskega sloga ter koliko so te tematike prisotne pri predmetih spoznavanje okolja v tretjih razredih ter naravoslovje in tehnika v četrtih ter petih razredih. Odgovore sem primerjala glede na stacionarnost šole, razred in spol anketiranih učencev. Rezultati so pokazali, da so učenci pri tematikah o vrednotah, prehrani, gibanju, škodljivosti medijev in koristnem porabljanju prostega časa različno vešči. Nekateri so namreč pokazali zelo slabo znanje pri posameznih tematikah, spet drugi pa so se izvrstno odrezali. Znanje je le en del enačbe, treba ga je znati uveljaviti tudi v praksi, torej v vsakdanjem življenju.

The theoretical approach of my graduate thesis, titled Awareness of Primary School Children on Healthy Lifestyle within the Context of the following Subjects: Environmental Science and the Science of Nature and Technology, includes chapters on psychological, physiological, sociological and pedagogically didactic perspectives on the matter. The psychological perspective covers various subjects on family and values. In physiological perspective, I have stressed the subjects in relation to exercise and nourishment of the children from the age of 6 to 12. The sociological perspective discusses the characteristics of the media and the influence they have on children, and the importance of well spent spare time. Last but not least, the pedagogically didactic perspective holds the analysis of the following school subjects in the third, fourth and fifth grade of primary school: environmental science and the science of nature and technology. I was interested in the scope of purposes of healthy lifestyle. The empirical approach is based on a research of how well the children are informed on healthy lifestyle, and how well this subject is represented in school lessons in third, fourth and fifth grade, particularly at environmental science and the science of nature and technology. I compared the answers obtained in my research according to the grade and gender of inquired pupils and the location of the school they were attending. The results have shown that each generation of pupils has its strong and weak links. Some children displayed excellent knowledge on given subjects while others produced less satisfying results. Even though knowledge is the key to many solutions, they can only be reached when knowledge is put into practice; experience is what matters the most. |
