Abstract
Sodelovanje med ljudmi je danes vsekakor eno izmed pomembnejših dejavnosti na vseh področjih človekovega delovanja. Predvsem je sodelovanje pomembno pri oblikovanju vzgojno-izobraževalnega procesa, torej v šolstvu. Vsi udeleženci, ki se na najrazličnejše načine vključujejo v vzgojo in izobraževanje otrok, morajo prioritetno zagotoviti in omogočiti celosten in optimalen razvoj otrokove osebnosti. Zato je zelo pomembno sodelovanje med razrednimi učitelji in delavci šolske svetovalne službe, na kar smo se osredotočili v diplomskem delu. Oboji imajo pomembno vlogo pri ustvarjanju šolske klime in otrokovega počutja v šoli. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili šolsko svetovalno službo in njeno sodelovanje z ostalimi udeleženci vzgojno-izobraževalnega procesa. Osredotočili smo se na sodelovanje z učitelji, raziskali načine sodelovanja med njimi in navedli nekaj predlogov za uspešnejše sodelovanje. V empiričnem delu smo raziskali načine sodelovanja in zadovoljstvo sodelovanja pri obojih, torej tako pri šolski svetovalni službi kot tudi pri učiteljih. Ugotovili smo, da so oboji zadovoljni z delom drugih, da med seboj pogosto sodelujejo in se ukvarjajo predvsem z učnimi težavami učencev.

Cooperation between people is nowadays one of the most important processes in all areas of human activity. It is especially important when developing the educational process; therefore it is an important part the school system. For all participants, which are being included in this process in all kinds of ways, the priority must be to provide and enable the optimal development of the children's personality. From this perspective, it is extremely important for classroom teachers to collaborate with school counselors. This is the main focus in this diploma degree. Teachers and counselors play an important part in creating the school environment and in securing children's welfare in school. In the theoretical part of the degree, we presented the school's counseling and its cooperation with other participants of the educational process. We mainly focused on collaboration between teachers, exploring the ways they cooperate in, and gave some suggestions for more successful collaboration. In the empirical part of the degree, we studied different ways of cooperation and satisfaction of the participants-school counseling and also by teachers. We have established that they are satisfied with their work and that they often collaborate and work together when dealing with children's learning difficulties. |
