Abstract

V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela avtorica povzame pojem motivacije v izobraževanju in pristope, ki jih za motiviranje učencev priporočajo uveljavljeni psihologi. V empiričnem delu avtorica preučuje s pomočjo ankete in njene razčlembe, kakšne strategije za spodbujanje motivacije uporabljajo slovenski učitelji. Hkrati preveri, kako učitelji razumejo pojem motivacijskih strategij in ali jih uporabljajo zavestno. Rezultate ankete primerja glede na dobo poučevanja učiteljev in glede na triado poučevanja.

Secondary abstract: The theoretical part of the thesis contains the summary of the concept of motivation in education and approaches for motivating students, recommended by reputable psychologists. In the practical part the author uses a survey and its dissection to examine which strategies Slovenian teachers use to promote motivation. Furthermore it is checked how teachers understand the concept of motivational strategies and whether they use them consciously. The results of the survey are explained on the basis of the seniority of teaching and the teaching triad.
