Sekundarni povzetek: | The theoretical part of the thesis contains the summary of the concept of motivation in education and approaches for motivating students, recommended by reputable psychologists. In the practical part the author uses a survey and its dissection to examine which strategies Slovenian teachers use to promote motivation. Furthermore it is checked how teachers understand the concept of motivational strategies and whether they use them consciously. The results of the survey are explained on the basis of the seniority of teaching and the teaching triad. |
