Abstract

Usklajevanje dela in družine združuje sferi delo in družina, ki morata biti dobro usklajeni, da lahko njuno povezovanje dobro deluje. Posebej je to pomembno v službah, kjer zaposleni opravljajo večizmensko delo, oziroma pri dejavnostih, kot je na primer zdravstvo. V diplomskem delu nas je zanimalo, kako zaposleni v Zdravstvenem domu Ljubljana menijo, da imajo ti sferi urejeni. Na podlagi ankete v omenjeni organizaciji smo preučevali mnenje anketirancev o usklajenosti dela in družine, kakšno vlogo ima certifikat »Družini prijazno podjetje« v organizaciji glede na ukrepe, ki jih ima organizacija. Izkoriščanje ukrepov smo ugotavljali tudi glede na spol. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da zaposleni menijo, da imajo razmeroma dobro usklajeno delo in družino, želeli pa bi si ukrepe, ki bi jih lahko zaradi narave dela bolj izkoristili. Družini prijazni ukrepi so pomemben dejavnik pri usklajevanju dela in družine, vendar morajo biti prilagojeni željam zaposlenih ter dejavnostim organizacije. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela smo tudi podali nekaj predlogov ukrepov, ki bi si jih zaposleni v organizaciji želeli.

Secondary title: Survey of the »Family - friendly workplace« certificate meaning for the employees of the Comunnity health centre Ljubljana
Secondary abstract: Work-family reconciliation merges the work and family spheres, which need to be well coordinated in order to functionate well. This is particularly important at services, where employees work multiple shifts, or at activities such as healthcare. Our primary thesis is, how the employees at the Ljubljana Health Centre feel that these two spheres are managed. Based on a survey performed within the organisation, we studied the respondents' opinion on the work-family balance and the role of the "family-friendly company" certificate in the organisation, in relation to the measures that the organisation has in place. The use of the measures was also examined according to gender. The results of the survey showed that employees feel that they have a relatively good work-family balance, but would also like to see some measures that they could use to a greater extent, due to the nature of their work. Family-friendly measures are an important factor in reconciling work and family, but they need to be tailored to employees' preferences and to the organisation's activities. In the empirical part of the thesis, we have also made some suggestions for measures that employees would like to see in their organisation.
