Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo raziskali stopnjo motivacije za izobraževanje v podjetju Pribina d. o. o. Podjetja se iz dneva v dan soočajo s hitrimi spremembami na trgu dela. Zaradi česar je bistveno, da v ospredje postavijo svoje zaposlene ter da jim nudijo izobraževanja, s katerim pridobivajo nova znanja, veščine in sposobnosti, ki jih potrebujejo za uspešno upravljanje svojega dela. Podjetje mora poskrbeti, da ostane čim bolj konkurenčno na trgu dela. Menimo, da je pomembno tudi, da podjetje ustvari izobraževalno okolje, s katerim motivirajo svoje zaposlene k nadaljnjemu izobraževanju. V zaključnem delu smo raziskovali metode motiviranja, ki jih podjetje uporablja, da motivira zaposlene za pripravljenost pridobivanja novih znanj. Dotaknili smo se tudi največjih ovir pri izobraževanju kadra, kakšna je stopnja motivacije v podjetju ter kakšnih izobraževanj bi se zaposleni radi udeležili v prihodnosti.

Secondary abstract: In the diploma thesis, we will investigate the level of motivation for education in the company Pribina Ltd.. Companies face rapid changes in the labor market every day. Because of this, it is essential that they put their employees in the forefront, and that they offer them training with which they acquire new knowledge, skills and abilities that they need to successfully manage their work. The company must ensure that it remains as competitive as possible on the labor market. We believe that it is also important for the company to create an educational environment that motivates its employees to continue their education. In the final part, we will research the motivation methods that the company uses to motivate employees to be ready to acquire new skills. We will also touch on the biggest obstacles in the training of staff, how motivated are employees, and what training courses would employees like to attend in the future.
