Povzetek
V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na tematiko motivacije za izobraževanje zaposlenih, konkretno v podjetju Karcher d. o. o.. Podjetje je svetovno znano po prodaji čistilnih naprav za gospodarsko (profesionalno) kot domačo uporabo, še posebej pa visokotlačnih vodnih čistilcev.
V delu smo predstavili teorije o motivaciji in njene elemente, dejavnike motivacije, motive in procese izobraževanja. Predstavljen je del psihologije, ki vpliva na delo posameznika. V drugem delu smo s pomočjo ankete postavili osnovo raziskave o mnenjih in videnjih zaposlenih v podjetju Karcher d. o. o., glede motivacije in izobraževanja, kakšna je njihova pripravljenost za izobraževanje, kdo jih najbolj motivira in na kakšen način ter kateri načini izobraževanja so jim najbolj primerni. Na koncu smo predstavili vse odgovore na raziskovalna vprašanja. Prišli smo do ugotovitev, da zaposlene najbolj motivira možnost napredovanja, višina plače in osebno zadovoljstvo. Kljub starosti jim ne manjka ambicij in motivacije. V delu smo ugotovili, da najraje opravljajo krajša skupinska praktična izobraževanja. Kot največjega motivatorja pa vidijo same sebe.

In the diploma work we focused on the topic of motivation for employee education, specifically in the company Karcher d.o.o. which we discussed. The company is known worldwide for the sale of cleaning machines for commercial (professional) and domestic use, specially for high-pressure water cleaners. In this paper, we generally present the theoretical motivation and its components. We have identified all the most well-known motivational theories, factors, motives and educational processes. We also explained human psychology, which strongly influences an individual’s work. In the second part of the diploma thesis, we wanted to use a questionnaire to research the opinions and views of employees in the company Karcher d.o.o. in terms of motivation and education, what is their readiness for education, who motivates them the most and in what way and which ways of education are most suitable for them. Finally, we present all the answers to the research questions. We came to the conclusion that employees are most motivated by the possibility of promotion, salary and personal satisfaction. Despite their age, they do not lack ambition and motivation. On average, the answers let us know that they prefer to do group practical training for a shorter period. They see themselves as the biggest motivator, as expected. |
