Secondary abstract: | In the twentieth century the relations between contemporary Slovene drama and theatre was marked by many changes and dangerous liaisons. This holds true also for relations between the two artistic fields and the domain of politics.The paper explores these dynamic processes, focusing on the postdramatic and performative turn. Its aim is to show how these lively and dangerous relations led to some of the most interesting phenomena in Slovene drama, theatre and culture after World War II. |
