Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena spletna aplikacija, ki obravnava tematiko upravljanja odnosov s strankami, v nadaljevanju sistemi CRM (ang. Customer Relationship Management System). Skozi nalogo bo poudarjena pomembnost in vpliv sistemov CRM za učinkovito upravljanje poslovnih odnosov s strankami. Predstavljena bodo orodja uporabljena pri izdelavi spletne aplikacije v tehnologiji .NET ter podrobneje opisani postopki razvoja. Eden izmed pomembnejših postopkov razvoja je bila povezava spletne aplikacije s spletnim računovodskim servisom Minimax. Namen diplomske naloge je predstaviti in analizirati prednosti sistemov CRM ter prikazati praktično uporabo aplikacije, izdelane za učinkovitejše upravljanje odnosov s strankami.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents a web application that addresses the topic of customer relationship management, referred to as CRM systems. Throughout the thesis, the importance and impact of CRM systems on effective management of business relationships with customers will be emphasized. The tools used in the development of the web application in .NET technology will be presented, and the development procedures will be described in detail. One of the significant development procedures was the integration of the web application with the Minimax web accounting service. The purpose of the thesis is to present and analyze the advantages of CRM systems and demonstrate the practical use of the application developed for more efficient management of customer relationships.
