Abstract

Magistrska naloga obravnava razvoj in implementacijo sistema nagrajevanja v logističnem okolju.

Secondary title: Development and implementation of a reward system in the intra-logistic system
Secondary abstract: The master's thesis explores developing and implementing a reward system in a logistics environment. First, we present the theoretical background of speech recognition and the basic components of a speech recognition system. This is followed by an overview of the latest trends in intralogistics, emphasizing digitization. The integration of a speech recognizer into intralogistics processes is described. In the second part of the master's thesis, we present the technologies used, which form the basis for implementing the reward system, which we also describe in detail. The solution is tailored to customers’ desires and focuses on transparency, adaptability, and readiness for future expansions.
