Abstract

Neevklidski prostor je prostor, ki ga v vsakdanjem življenju ne moremo srečati. Zaradi tega si ga je tudi težko predstavljati. Zato smo razvili igro v virtualni resničnosti, ki nam omogoča tako doživetje. Dotaknili smo se Evklidovih postulatov, sferične in hiperbolične geometrije. Dodali smo tudi nekaj svojih primerov nepredstavljive geometrije, za katere smo dobili navdih iz neevklidske geometrije. Nalogo smo izdelali v okolju Unity, ki podpira razvoj iger v virtualni resničnosti. Uporabili smo Oculus Quest 2 sistem za virtualno resničnost. Uspelo nam je prikazati neevklidske prostore, ki uporabniku omogočajo nerealna doživetja.

Secondary title: Non-Euclidean spaces in virtual reality
Secondary abstract: Non-euclidean space is a space that we cannot come by in real life. It is also hard to imagine. That is why we developed a game in virtual reality, that allows us to see and live in non-euclidean spaces. We wrote about Euclid's postulates, spherical geometry and hyperbolic geometry. Furthermore we added some of our own examples of incomprehensive geometry, for which we got the inspiration from non-euclidean geometry. The game was developed in Unity, which supports virtual reality development. We used Oculus Quest 2 virtual reality system. We managed to depict non-euclidean spaces, which provide user surreal experiences.
