Abstract
V diplomski nalogi sem opisal, kako iz komercialno dostopne kafre pripraviti alifatske amide ketopinske kisline in na njih izvesti nekatere nadaljnje pretvorbe. Pri sintezi sem izhajal iz (1S)-(+)-10-kafrasulfonske kisline, saj je tudi ta komercialno dostopna. Najprej sem po dveh sinteznih postopkih pripravil ketopinsko kislino, nato pa dva različna amida ketopinske kisline, in sicer z izopropilaminom in benzilaminom. Dobljena produkta sem naprej pretvoril še v aromatska imina in alifatski imin.

Secondary abstract: |
In my thesis, I described how to prepare aliphatic amides of ketopinic acid from commercially available camphor and perform selected further transformations. I started the synthesis from (1S)-(+)-10-camphorsulfonic acid, as it is also commercially accessible. I prepared ketopinic acid using two different methods, and then two different amides of ketopinic acid, with isopropylamine and with benzylamine. The obtained amides were further converted into aromatic imines and aliphatic imine. |
