Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo raziskovali stil vodenja v športni organizaciji in zadovoljstvo njihovih zaposlenih. Namen je bil izvedeti, ali direktor klub vodi na pravi način, saj ni vsak način vodenja ustrezen, ter kako se zaposleni odzovejo na njegov način vodenja in ali je ta način v dani situaciji primeren. Pomembno je tudi zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, saj je le tako lahko vsaka organizacija najuspešnejša in lahko vedno napreduje. Za ugotovitev stila vodenja smo opravili intervju z direktorjem športne organizacije, medtem ko so zaposleni v organizaciji izpolnili anketni vprašalnik, ki je temeljil na vprašanjih o njihovem zadovoljstvu, v katerem so izražali svoja stališča glede že vnaprej podane trditve. Večina zaposlenih je bila zadovoljna, zato lahko zaključimo, da direktor uporablja pravilen stil vodenja.

Secondary abstract: In the diploma thesis, we investigated the management style in a sports organization and the satisfaction of their employees. The aim was to find out whether the club director leads in the right way, as not every way of management is right, and how the employees react to his way of management and whether this way is appropriate in a given situation. Employee satisfaction is also important, because that is the only way any organization can be most successful and can always progress. In order to find out the management style, we conducted an interview with the director of the sports organization, and the employees of the organization filled out a questionnaire based on questions about their satisfaction, in which they expressed their views on statements already given in advance. Most of the employees were satisfied, so we can conclude that the director uses the right management style.
