Abstract
V tem diplomskem delu sta predstavljena ekološka problematika kopičenja odpadnih pnevmatik ter vplivi betona na okolje. Na podlagi tega je predstavljena predelava in ponovna uporaba odpadnih pnevmatik kot gumenega granulata. Predstavljeni so cilji in možnosti uporabe granulata gume ter izveden eksperiment, kjer se granulat gume uporabi kot delni nadomestek za pesek pri izdelavi betonske mešanice. Izdelale so se tri različne mešanice, pri katerih je bil gumeni granulat enkrat neobdelan, enkrat opran in enkrat obdelan z mikrosiliko pred pričetkom mešanja. Poleg tega pa se je vsaka različica betona mešala z dvema različnima vsebnostma granulata gume ter se primerjala z betonsko mešanico brez dodane gume. Rezultati eksperimenta so pokazali, da se z dodajanem gume znižujejo masa in tlačne trdnosti betona, vendar pri obdelanem granulatu gume tlačna trdnost betona pade manj kot pri neobdelanem granulatu.

Secondary abstract: |
This thesis presents the ecological problem of the accumulation of waste tires and the impact of concrete on the environment. Based on this, the processing and reuse of waste tires as rubber granulate is presented. The goals and possibilities of using rubber granulate are presented and an experiment was carried out where rubber granulate is used as a partial substitute for sand in the production of concrete mix. Three different concrete mixes were made in which the rubber granulate was once untreated, once washed, and once treated with micro-silica before mixing. In addition, each version of the concrete mix was prepared with two different rubber granulate contents, and it was compared with a concrete mix without added rubber. The results of the experiment showed that the mass and compressive strength of the concrete decreased with the addition of rubber. However, the compressive strength of the treated rubber granulate drops less than that of the concrete mix with untreated granulate. |
