| Secondary abstract: | The paper discusses how contemporary genre and youth literature is treated in Slovene lessons in secondary vocational schools. Dealing with these literary works is above all aimed at the development of a positive attitude among students towards reading and the mastering of reading strategies in relation to texts which contain up-to-date topics of interest to students. An example is given of how the genre module is treated in school. |
