Abstract

Podjetje GHP Group, d. o. o., je mlado in redne letne razgovore izvajajo zadnjih nekaj let. Ravno to nas je spodbudilo k raziskavi, kako zadovoljni so zaposleni v podjetju z njihovim izvajanjem, ali jih smatrajo kot koristne, kakšen je njihov odnos do vodje in kaj sledi po izvedenem rednem letnem razgovoru. Cilj magistrskega dela je raziskati odnos zaposlenih v podjetju GHP Group, d. o. o., do rednih letnih razgovorov. Magistrsko delo sestavljata teoretični in empirični del. V prvem, teoretičnem delu smo predstavili pojem redni letni razgovor, namen in cilj rednih letnih razgovorov, postopek uvedbe rednih letnih razgovorov v podjetje, prednosti, vsebino, pripravo in izvedbo rednih letnih razgovorov. Nato smo opisali aktivnosti po opravljenem rednem letnem razgovoru in kaj se dogaja v obdobju do naslednjega rednega letnega razgovora. V drugem, empiričnem delu smo predstavili raziskavo, ki je temeljila na mnenju zaposlenih o rednih letnih razgovorih v podjetju GHP Group, d. o. o. Za raziskavo smo uporabili metodo anketiranja. Kot inštrument smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik (Priloga 1), ki je vseboval 11 vprašanj. Anketo smo izdelali s pomočjo spletnega orodja 1ka, anketirali pa smo zaposlene v različnih oddelkih podjetja GHP Group, d. o. o. Ugotovili smo, da so zaposleni v posameznem oddelku zadovoljni z izvajanjem rednih letnih razgovorov, prav tako so zadovoljni s svojimi vodji in menijo, da izvajanje rednih letnih razgovorov podjetju prinaša koristi. Kljub temu pa vedno obstaja prostor za izboljšave.

Secondary abstract: The company GHP Group, d. o. o., is young and they have been conducting regular annual interviews for the past few years. This is exactly what prompted us to research how the company's employees are satisfied with the implementation of these, whether they consider them useful, what their attitude towards the manager is, and what follows after the regular annual interview. The aim of the master's thesis is to investigate the attitude of employees towards regular annual interviews in the company GHP Group, d. o. o. The master's thesis consists of the theoretical and empirical part. In the first, theoretical part, we presented the concept of regular annual interviews, the purpose and goal of regular annual interviews, the procedure for introducing regular annual interviews in the organization, advantages, content, preparation and execution of regular annual interviews. Then we described the activities after the regular annual interview and what happens in the period until the next regular annual interview. In the second, empirical part, we presented the research based on the opinion of employees about regular annual interviews in the company GHP Group, d. o. o. We used the survey method for the research. As an instrument, we used a survey questionnaire (Appendix 1), which contained 11 questions. We created the survey with the help of the online tool 1ka, and surveyed the employees in various departments of the company GHP Group, d. o. o. We found that the employees in each department are satisfied with regular annual interviews, they are also satisfied with their managers and believe that regular annual interviews bring benefits to the company. However, there is always room for improvement.
