Abstract

Ena od značilnosti vsake organizacije je dobro komuniciranje med zaposlenimi. Dobro komuniciranje v podjetju predstavlja organizaciji uspeh, saj zaposleni tako bolje delajo in si medsebojno pomagajo, zaradi česar pride tako do uspešnosti podjetja kakor tudi medsebojnega dobrega odnosa. Tisti ljudje, ki opravljajo svoje delo z veseljem, so bolj uspešni in dosegajo boljše rezultate. Komunikacija je nujno potrebna tako v vsakdanjem življenju kot tudi pri delu
