Abstract
V okviru praktičnega usposabljanja sem se pri podjetju IB Prokons d.o.o. srečal z konstruiranjem in projektiranjem različnih strojev in naprav. Sodeloval sem pri projektu zasnove robotske celice, s katero smo avtomatizirali proces izdelave izdelka za kupca. Pri tem smo se soočili z vprašanjem, kako zagotoviti varnost delavcu v robotski celici. Zato smo zasnovali tri sklope: varnostno okno, varnostno ograjo in postajo za preverjanje kakovosti izdelkov. Sklopi, njihovo delovanje in uporabljene varnostne rešitve/elementi so predstavljeni v tem diplomskem delu. Prav tako je predstavljena tema varnosti naprav in strojev, bistvene varnostne in zdravstvene zahteve ter proces ugotavljanja skladnosti strojev z določenimi zahtevami. Na koncu pa je na primeru naprave za tiskanje predstavljeno delovanje nekaterih varnostnih elementov v realnem okolju.

Secondary abstract: |
During my practical internship at IB Prokons d.o.o., I worked in the field of designing various machines and devices. I participated in a project to design a robotic cell that would automate the manufacturing process of a customer’s product. In doing so, we encountered the problem of how to ensure worker safety in the robotic cell. Consequently, we designed three assemblies: a safety window, a safety fence, and a product quality control station. The assemblies, their operation, and the security solutions/elements used are presented in this thesis. The topic of device and machine safety, essential safety and health requirements, and the process of determining compliance with certain requirements are also discussed. Finally, the operation of some security elements in a real environment is demonstrated using the example of a point joining device. |
