Abstract

V družinskih podjetjih so medosebni odnosi ključni za uspešno delovanje podjetja in vzdrževanje pozitivnega delovnega vzdušja med zaposlenimi. V diplomski nalogi smo raziskali medosebne odnose med zaposlenimi v družinskem podjetju Rupnik d. o. o., s poudarkom na njihovem vplivu na delovno okolje ter odnose z ostalimi zaposlenimi v organizaciji. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da se večina družinskih članov in ostalih zaposlenih v podjetju strinja, da dobri medosebni odnosi pozitivno vplivajo na vzdušje v podjetju. Med drugim je analiza pokazala, da družinski člani redko zaznavajo medosebne konflikte, medtem ko ostali zaposleni pogosteje opažajo konflikte. Kljub temu, da so rezultati pokazali, da ni večjih odstopanj v mnenjih med družinskimi člani in ostalimi zaposlenimi glede medosebnih odnosov, je pomembno, da se podjetje zaveda, da se lahko trenutna situacija kadar koli spremeni. Zato je ključnega pomena, da vodstvo podjetja še naprej zavzeto vzdržuje dobre medsebojne odnose in sproti rešuje morebitne konflikte.

Secondary abstract: In family businesses, interpersonal relationships are key to the success of the company and to maintaining a positive working atmosphere among employees. In this thesis we investigated interpersonal relationships between employees in the family business Rupnik d.o.o., focusing on their impact on the work environment and relationships with other employees in the organisation. The results of the survey showed that the majority of family members and other employees in the company agree that good interpersonal relations have a positive impact on the atmosphere in the company. Among other things, the analysis showed that family members rarely perceive interpersonal conflicts, while other employees perceive conflicts more often. Although the results showed that there are no major differences in opinion between family members and other employees regarding interpersonal relations, it is important for the company to be aware that the current situation can change at any time. It is therefore crucial that the company's management remains committed to maintaining good relations and resolving any conflicts on an ongoing basis.
