diplomsko delo
Abstract

Ergonomic analysis of the material supplier for workplaces in the company x |

Ergonomics plays a crucial role in modern industry, particularly in designing workplaces that directly impact the health, satisfaction, and productivity of employees. This thesis focuses on the ergonomic analysis of the material handler's workplace in company X, where we assessed current working conditions and identified key challenges faced by workers. The aim of the research was to examine how the existing working conditions affect the risk of musculoskeletal disorders and how these conditions could be improved through the implementation of appropriate ergonomic solutions.
During the research, we utilized the OWAS (Ovako Working Postures Analyzing System) and KIM (Key Indicator Method) methods, which allowed us to accurately assess the postures and workloads of material handlers during their daily tasks. The analysis results indicated that current working conditions involve repetitive motions, improper postures, and heavy lifting, which can lead to serious health issues and decreased productivity.
Based on these findings, we proposed several measures to improve working conditions, including the implementation of automated systems, the optimization of logistics processes, and the adjustment of work tools. The introduction of these measures could significantly reduce the physical strain on workers, improve work efficiency, and increase workplace safety. The findings of this research emphasize that such improvements are crucial for enhancing the long-term success and competitiveness of the company. |
